      nepotistic, drug-fueled, political environment, being good at your job gets you nowhere, no room for growth, salary disparity, performative DEI initiatives but more concerned with profit, no work/life balance (it's illegal how hard they grind you)

      - good middle management - reasonable workload expectations - platforms interesting art and performances - some benefits including partially matched retirement options

      - poor scheduling and communication - long periods of business closure with little to no warnings or updates to staff - prioritization of vanity projects and large infrastructure overhauls over employee wellbeing
