Over the course of 2–3 weeks, I had the opportunity to interview with several team members, and each conversation left me more excited about the company. A special shoutout to Raul, the Head of People Ops, whose dedication and professionalism stood out. He ensured that every step of the process was seamless — I felt supported and respected throughout. Since joining, my experience has only gotten better. The team is fantastic, the leadership (including the C-Suite) is approachable and transparent, and the culture is one of collaboration and growth. The technology is impressive, but what really makes Pipe17 special is the people. Every day, I learn something new, and I’m genuinely grateful to be part of such a dynamic and driven team. No matter how good you are or how hard you try, it will never be seen as good enough. There is a high degree of fear that comes from the CEO who does not trust his teams. Low accountability. They just want there to be no problems. Hard conversations are kept in the background and transparency is totally missing...and this is done on purpose to keep the team in fear. Zero career growth here. Only the most senior people are promoted. Product strategy is lacking.
