Pros
-Work from home -Private insurance
Cons
-HR is completely useless. -The tech stack is extremely old. You can not improve yourself here -Salaries are imbalanced (equity is a joke for managers and HR) -Managers shamelessly say that salary increases are not based on performance -Managers are not transparent about the roadmap, workload etc.. -There are people with the title of software engineer who have no idea about coding and continue to be employed persistently and slow down the teams by 100%. -Lack of documentation. You may need to research something for days on topics that only a few people know -Company lost its best quality employees one after another and laid off many people -Career growth is limited. You can only learn about github, jira and sql. Nothing more -Even though you mention the problems in the company many times, no action is taken. -They have no idea about agile -Low salaries -No job security -No learning budget -No bonuses -No psychological safety -Ineffective management -Toxic atmosphere
