Pros
Fun to interact with guests. Great atmosphere and great people to work with. Usually get to see a good bit of the game. Very relaxed environment. All of the supervisors are great! You get to choose when you want to work and when you want off.
Cons
Sunday games get very hot in the summer and are always long because of Kids Run the Bases. Not many advancement opportunities. Limited work while team is out of town and during the off season.
