Pros
Working to assist students was the most exciting part of my job and gave me the experience I needed to grow as a leader. The students and the people I interacted with on a daily basis were the most important part of the college.
Cons
The college has changed for the negative since DHS came aboard as the President. She is self-absorbed and only thinks of how she looks to the outside world. She missed her opportunity to be a boots-on-the-ground leader and help keep the college moving positively. You can not lead from the outside and not know what is going on with your people, know your people, and support your people.
