      I had an incredible experience working at Pivot. The level of trust and autonomy was exceptional. The Managing Director was incredibly supportive and always open to new ideas and business strategies. Pivot is a fantastic place for people seeking a positive work environment free from toxic leadership. The company offers unparalleled flexibility, allowing employees to work remotely from anywhere in the world.

      Pros

      Pivot is night and day from other search firms and recruitment leaders I have worked work. They are everything they say they are and the model works, allowing me to do my best work but with the longevity i've been looking for in a business. Impressive tech dec investment while the structure continues to support my physical location based out in Dubai, UAE.
