Pros
Pixel farm was a great place to work. It's a fun environment, cool office space, and the high-caliber work produced by the post production team brings tremendous cache to the business. The company's other offerings are not as strong, though the interactive team is (very) slowly building an increasingly solid portfolio of work.
Cons
With the exception of music and post, projects are poorly managed. This is particularly true of internal initiatives. A need will arise, great solutions will be proposed, and sometimes work toward these solutions will actually begin. If they do begin, however, they will be poorly managed and slowly suffocated over the course of months or years.
