Pros

> Since it’s a startup with a small team, there are more opportunities to explore and take on daily challenges. Those who enjoy learning new things every day will thrive here. > Occasionally, you might face challenges that are completely out of your expertise. Overcoming them requires research, experimentation, and perseverance—leading to valuable hands-on learning. > On-time salary payments—there has been no delay so far. > When employees face difficulties, the CEO is supportive and provides guidance. However, given the small team size, there are times when pressure builds up, but in the end, the learning experience is rewarding. > Colleagues are cooperative and understanding of each other's situations. Of course, misunderstandings can happen (as in any company), but since it’s work-related and not personal, it’s something one learns to navigate. > While some have posted negative reviews, I believe every situation has two sides, and different perspectives exist. > Work pressure is inevitable in a small team, but rather than blaming it, if the team puts in effort and delivers, there’s potential for expansion and growth. Given the competitive market, satisfying clients is challenging, but necessary. > Expecting an MNC work culture in a startup is unrealistic, but for those who enjoy building something from the ground up, it's a great learning experience. (All the above Pros are from my perspective—some may agree, some may not.)

Cons

> Lack of documentation and formal procedures for task assignments, deadlines, and workflows. However, I believe improvements are underway. While giving feedback is easy, implementing changes takes effort. > Leave policies need more structure and clarity. > HR policies should be stronger and more structured to ensure better transparency and consistency. (All the above cons are from my perspective—some may agree, some may not.)
