      Pros

      colleges are good. they give you a very good moral support after a insulting session of you with your bosses. located at very beautiful place surrounded by beautiful British buildings

      Cons

      they want us to behave like donkeys!!. a employee cant get tired in work hours opening google in between work hours can be a sin talking with others employees more than a minute can lead you to a insulting lecture and many more

      Pros

      -flexible working hours -good locality -friendly staff -you will be guided well if you have the hunger to learn...if you make a mistake then seniors will be there to help you out. -fresher are kept on probation period to learn and adapt to the work enviorment and based on there work progress they are made permanent.

      Cons

      lack of some facilites...but can be ignored as its not that important.
