I gave it 1 star because it does not allow me to give it 0! Extort their staff and customers. Disgraceful company. Pay staff minimum wage for doing AT LEAST 3 jobs in one! You are a photographer, photo editor, sales person and promoter....oh and you become some what of a technician when the shoddy equipment fails! 1 hour for everything! For some reason this is supposed to be a good thing! You have under 30 minutes to take a full photo shoot, a photo shoot which has to consist of 30-35 photographs, various set ups and backdrops. you then tell the customer to pop away for 15 minutes, in which time you have to have edited all photos and created 5 composites to showcase to your customer. then you have a short time to force your customer to buy as much as possible while making it sound like the deal of a life time when in actual fact they are being robbed blind. The company and employees are far from professional. If you get a 'no sale' you are asked to send your photo shoot to your regional manager so they can examine your work and see why the customer did not spend hundreds of pounds. Maybe they were taking advantage of all of these FREE photo shoots with a GIFT image you keep advertising?? This sadly is just a way of getting people in the door in the hope that when they see all of these beautiful photographs, the parents wont be able to say no. Con artists with a license. I could go on and on about this company all day long but be warned, nothing good happens here. You will be promised pay rises and bonuses and no matter how hard you work, you will never get them.
