Great boss and supervisor, a bit disorganized. - House Cleaner Pixie Dust Employee Review

Overhead was a bit disorganized due to lack of trustworthy employees. There were numerous times I was told I would not be working alone, only to find that I was the only one at a client's house a majority of the time which sucked because the cleaning would take extra time due to lack of support. Also, I would have the day off and be called in pretty regularly or my hours were extended last minute because someone would call out or not show up. Again, great management, but staff was pretty awful which kind of ruined the experience for me. Hopefully this has changed since I have left.
