Pros
This place is a creative playground. They have so many diverse clients that you'll never get board for sure. I've never seen a creative and account department work so well together, they really help and support each other. Management is extremely supportive and push me to do continuing education.
Cons
Hard to come up with something here. I will say it's very face paced and I was pushed to keep up, but after a few weeks it became a fun challenge.
