Absolutely no care for staff welfare, often talked down to and yelled at by the CEO. Poor staff retention. Unpleasant working environment. Wages often late or underpaid. Overtime and weekends required but unpaid - supposed to get time back later. Cramped office. Cramped warehouse. No pension scheme and no benefits.
