Great company - Engineer Planar Monolithics Employee Review

Viewing from the engineering side of things. The team that Dave Durbin (Director of Engineering) has set up holds a bright future. He has established a relaxed but effective workplace that establishes mutual respect and hard work. The team is very supportive and helps when needed but pushes you to learn and grow as an individual. I have heard the horror stories of what this company used to be like and I can promise there is no sign of that anymore. This is a great company to work for, ESPECIALLY for young engineers.

Some responsibilities between departments seem to overlap but this is primarily due to the smaller size of the company and that everyone helps each other out. So this isn't necessarily a con but I had to write one.

$1 Each year for a raise. Great stepping stone into the world of electronics.

It's only a $1 and after awhile it doesn't help your income.
