Upper management are awful! The owner of the company doesn't treat her employees like human beings. Be prepared to be yelled at on a daily basis. They try to keep the environment fearful. Unreasonabke amount of work. No work life balance. Be ready to do the work of 3 people on less than competitive pay. It's a dog eat dog environment. You'll be thrown under the bus in a heartbeat. They don't have a good reputation in the retail world. Their company won't be around in the next couple of years.
