they hire you as English tutor.. gives you 6,7 days training...during training you get to know that you need to give trial sessions to parents /children for which you will get 200 INR per demo. and if child is getting enrolled for regular class then only he/she will be your regular student. planetspark allows you to give 25 demo session in which 1 enrollment you should get. if not getting a single enrollment/conversion even after 25 demo sessions your journey with PS ends here.... from my experience, Parent doesn't get convince to enroll their child as this class's fees is too high.. teacher waste time here if did not get a single enrollment.
