Pros
This is a great job to have on your resume if you're early in your career. Great entry opportunities, programs for student looking to develop skills and get engaged in and opportunities to develop connections, pay was good for an entry level, benfits good if its your fist time gettting benifts from your job.
Cons
During my time there they were making strides hiring members of the community that are involed into coorindating/programing/managemnt level positions, developing opertunties for new talent, and existing staff to move to move up. They were working on connecting the diffrfent levels of staff.
