One of the things I value most about Planview is the culture of collaboration and innovation. There is a genuine willingness across teams to share knowledge, support one another, and continuously improve the customer experience. I also appreciate the flexibility to explore new ideas and technologies, especially around AI-enabled learning, customer enablement, and modern training approaches. The company encourages continuous learning and provides opportunities to expand both technical and professional skills.
