Doing time cards are stressful, they will reject them sometimes.
Low work
No overtime but expects you to over work
Moved around a lot, no structure
No job security, constantly worrying everyday if you will lose your job.
The president and VPs are greedy and will discard you like nothing even after you worked hard and contributed so much to the company.
Hardly a pay raise, OEC is strict. Even if you work hard & have proof of working hard they won’t give you one.
