Needs improvement all around - Truck Driver Plastic Express Employee Review

Good and nice people, very laid back and never felt the need to rush jobs through and out the door. They had a good supervisor while I worked there but then the whole management changed so not much review I can give about the new people in the company by that time I left.

Nothing bad I can say about this place, I enjoyed working here.

I liked the friendly, family-oriented culture. They are encouraging of you to learn about other departments. Managers are easy to talk to. The owner and CEO is very approachable and nice. They offer hybrid and remote options in sales.

At the time I worked there, there seemed to be limited opportunities for growth so I eventually moved on. I have heard since then that they have expanded across departments, upgraded job roles and titles, and are trying to be more attractive to outside employees. They start you off with low vacation amounts in the start. Also, they only had 6 paid holidays when I worked there.
