Pros
All gone, along with most of the staff.
Cons
Great people - once upon a time, before they got rid of most of the workforce.
People looked after - people treated like commodities
Flexible working - this was once true now they have implemented swipe card monitoring and a fast-track disciplinary process for people not adhering to the vague office attendance orders. This means you will be locked out of pay rises, bonuses, if there are any.
I wasted so many good years here, hoping it would improve. They are now desperate to flog it and it shows.
The leadership team, which is a hilarious misnomer. have zero charisma or credibility.
Zero career opportunities scarcely even any keep the lights on vacancies.
ZERO culture. Bunch of desperadoes who wouldn't be given the time of day at a proper organisation.
