Pros
- you can be a part of a great team full of talented and friendly artists but most of them will leave the company very soon - you will be strong as rock if you will survive this job experience
Cons
- very bad work environment under the level of official standards - not paid overtimes. You will be forced to work without payment even during national holidays. You can be sure that supervisor and coordinator will promise you recompense and after your hard work they will tell you there is no money for your extra work already. - HR department built from random people not supporting workers and not defending their rights - full time work inconsistent with the labor law - no health insurance and benefits for ordinary workers. You are long term worker but not officialy. - production team without experience and knowledge about postproduction and CG. Mistakes and delays from their side are the part of your day. - company divided into several departments with the lack of communication. Conflicts, competition, exerting pressure and personal ciritic very often is the norm. - very spooky management style - producers, coordinators in official relationships with heads of department and supervisors. A lot of private connections and personal business visible in a company - no culture or values nowadays there
