Pros

- Above everything else, they value results and give you the freedom of choosing how to achieve them. - They value your opinions highly and make improvements to the org on a small to large scale regularly. - They want to see you grow and stay with the company for the long haul, ensuring that your longterm career and goals are met, wherever they can meet them. - Solid sales team with great energy and even greater leaders to work with as their ops support.

Cons

- Maybe its due to the nature of the role I'm in, but I can imagine it might be too fast for some people to handle while also managing multiple competing priorities.
