Platt Builders is a small company with a great atmosphere for teamwork and collaboration. I work with a team of people, always ready to jump in and help. I’ve found leadership to invest in my career and found upward mobility. The quality of work and the caliber of clients Platt Builders works with is second to none. The company is always hard at work producing beautiful projects, and every division pulls its weight. Platt recently moved into a larger, newly renovated building to continue its growth, which is another perk. It’s a great place if you are a self-starter and highly motivated.

Outdated systems can sometimes hinder efficiency, but the company is working hard to transition its systems to match the growth and outlook for the future.

I love coming into work everyday. I can't say that there is anyone at the company that I don't enjoy talking to or working with. The company puts a lot of thought and effort into creating a great culture while providing an excellent product. Every is very supportive of each other. Not only that, but so many people there are great at that jobs, and that's empowering to push myself to always do better.

Sometimes the job can be challenging and stressful when volumes increase.
