Pros

Honestly, nothing much. Maybe free parking, but that’s about it. Anything else you see being praised is either overhyped or not the reality for most employees.

Cons

The recent negative reviews are completely true. Poor communication, no clear structure, management doesn’t listen, and there’s a constant blame game. Feedback is ignored, and people are often forced out quietly during probation, no matter how hard they try. What’s really disappointing is how the company tries to cover it up with sudden waves of overly positive reviews. They sound scripted and don’t reflect the actual experience of working there. If everything was really as good as claimed, there wouldn’t be so many people leaving. And about the stray dogs — yes, they’re around the office, but the company doesn’t really take care of them. It’s usually the staff who feel bad and feed them. The outside area is often full of dog poop, and no one is assigned to clean it. It’s messy, unhygienic, and not how it’s described in the glowing reviews.

Pros

- Friendly and supportive colleagues. However, most of them left already. Turn over is too high. - Flexible lunch hour. Not too strict on timing. - Office environment is generally quiet, good for those who prefer a quiet workspace. - Flexible working style. As long as tasks are done but take note on the deadline or sudden wave of work. - Opportunities to handle multiple areas of work (not for the faint hearted). - Straightforward reporting structure. Not too many layers of approval needed. - Free parking space at the office. - Workload is manageable and not overwhelming.

Cons

- Office is located deep inside an industrial area with poor accessibility, lack of public transport, limited food options, and frequent traffic congestion, especially during peak hours. - Area is prone to flooding when it rains, and full of stray dogs and discarded waste. No cleaner is provided, and unbelievably, there isn’t even a rubbish bin in the office. Staff are expected to bring their trash home to throw away. - Management lacks transparency and integrity. Promises are made but never fulfilled, even after work is delivered. - No proper onboarding or guidance - new employees are expected to know everything from day one. - Unrealistic KPIs are set, and failure to hit them is often used as grounds for termination. - Toxic work culture. Employees are constantly threatened with warning letters and termination notices.

Pros

Honestly, the only good part was the colleagues… but by the time I left, most of them had already left. Guess that says a lot.

Cons

This company feels like a trap. They hire you to fix problems, squeeze whatever they can out of you, and then show you the door before probation ends. Doesn’t matter how much effort you put in — appreciation doesn’t exist here. Probation? More like an expiry date. It’s almost like nobody is meant to pass, they’ll always find something to hold against you. Management? Zero direction. Boss changes his mind so often that what he promised last week probably won’t stand today. You’ll spend more time chasing moving targets than actually building something. Recognition? Forget it. You can give your best, but they’ll never see it. Instead, they’ll make sure you feel replaceable. Turnover? Extremely high. Now I know why, people don’t just leave jobs, they leave toxic environments. I walked in hopeful, walked out disappointed, and now I finally understand why nobody seems to stay long here. If you’re looking for a stable place where your work is valued, this isn’t it.
