      - not many positives 1 or 2 nice people

      Cons

      - uncomfortably quiet working environment - horrible management with unrealistic expectation - technical team in particular had huge turnover of staff due to incompetent manager. - zero consideration to mental health - fowl mouthed, angry and unprofessional managing director

      Free samples for the lingerie that is being produced

      Cons

      No support between employees and a hostile work evironment disguised as a female empowered company. If you dont gel with certain people you'll always be treated at as a lower level. Toxic

      You get to grow a lot in your role as a small business

      Cons

      The downside of above is that you can grow but hard to get promoted unless someone leaves as a small team so career advancement opportunities are rare
