Since joining, every person I have worked with has been kind, respectful, collaborative, and willing to help. There is a strong culture of partnership where ideas are welcomed, expertise is valued, and people work together to solve problems rather than operate in silos. The company is navigating an exciting period of growth and transformation, and it's inspiring to work alongside such talented colleagues who are passionate about what they do.
