      Set shifts for 1st and 2nd shifts M-F Paid weekly Most team members are approachable and helpful Advancement opportunities

      Cons

      Extremely difficult to learn systems and processes (no areas have SOP’s available) Human Resources are slow to respond to questions or issues Pay is on the low end of the scale. Production team members only start at $16 per hour and turnover is very high

      Pros

      Good benefits, definite overtime, easy work.

      Cons

      Work EVERY Saturday. Watch out for bullies. You feel like you're the only one working quite often( ppl standing around doing nothing) No ( management) backing up leads. Once they figure out you're one of the few who will actually EARN your paycheck they will take advantage of you.
