The owner has a great vision for the kind of company he wants. He just has to figure out how to make his management get on the same sheet of music.

HORRIBLE management! People who aren't qualified to run a till at McDonald's somehow rise to the top here. Their ego is just as large as their knowledge is small. So they set their teams up for failure and then hammer them when they do fail. One particular manager who REALLY loves the sound of his own voice is particularly sadistic in his treatment of his staff. He treats them like cattle and then wonder why he can't fill vacated roles. My advice to skilled professionals is, unless you want an ulcer the size of a basketball, stay away! Your skill will be viewed as threatening to their fragile self image. You will be placed in hopeless situations and then grilled on a spit for not working miracles.
