Very clear direction from top management from global site, transparency is very clear.

The direction from global team doesn't translate well to local site, too much focus on business and ROI and neglected view from much lower employees. Low pay compared to other competitors. Promotion is not really based on merit but you will climb faster if you are someone's favorite.
