Would be an ok place to work for your first IT job. Job mainly consists of break-fix work.
Cons
Their customers are pretty rude and the work is boring. Management will micromanage you since they are the owners. There is no opportunity for remote work and it seems like the owners are still trying to figure out how to run their business (eg - taking on more work than they can do). The pay is pretty average and the benefits aren't great. Military supporting business but they don't give you veterans day off for example. I'd steer clear of this business if I were you.
