Pros

The culture here is refreshingly straightforward. No politics, no egos. People are genuinely supportive, and you can have an honest conversation with anyone regardless of their title. That kind of openness is rare and makes work a lot more enjoyable. You grow fast here. You're given real responsibility early on, and the exposure goes way beyond your role. You start connecting the dots between product, engineering, and business decisions, and there are always people willing to share what they know if you're curious enough to ask. What you build here actually matters. You can see the impact of your work, not just close tickets and move on. On top of that, there's genuine encouragement to experiment with AI and new tools, which keeps things fresh and makes you more efficient.

Cons

Priorities evolve as the company grows, so staying flexible helps. It's not a dealbreaker, just something to be ready for. Bangalore commute during rush hour is what it is - not a Plivo problem, just a city problem.

Pros

Working here has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company still operates with the energy and agility of a startup, which makes it a great fit for people who are self-driven, motivated, and eager to grow. The pay is competitive, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn, take ownership, and advance your career. It’s a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact, so if you thrive in that kind of setting, you’ll do well here. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for ambitious professionals who want to challenge themselves and grow.

Cons

If you’re looking for a standard 9-to-5 role with a steady pace, this may not be the right place. Decisions are often made quickly, and at times it can feel like things are moving faster than employees can adjust. But that’s also part of what keeps the company innovative and dynamic.

Pros

No pros after you understand how toxic the work culture is.

Cons

Highly muddled up organization. Upper management has no direction, no empathy, and their attitudes shift faster than the weather. Every week brings a new pointless rule or meeting that only adds to everyone's anxiety. Communication is broken, promotions are random, and good work goes unnoticed while favorites get all the credit. The pay is barely competitive, and layoffs happen quietly behind closed doors. Calling it mismanagement would be too kind, it feels more like a crime against common sense. Really horrible experience, founders do not have a clue how to run a company. They are superbly confused as to what their core competency even is. The whole operation is a perfect example of how awful leadership can turn talented people into burnt-out shells. Please don't work for this company under any circumstances. Do not fall prey to some of the fake positive reviews you will find here. They will sugar-coat everything, which will make you believe that you are going to be part of a great organization.
