      Pros

      PlotBox has a great culture for the team even being spread out over multiple continents. Knowing the commitment to our customers and the ongoing support that we give ensures I picked the right place to work.

      Cons

      A growing company has some challenges with onboarding new staff. Working remotely is new to me, but communicating with multiple colleagues everyday has made the transition easier.

      Pros

      PlotBox has a great and welcoming family from a variety of backgrounds and when I joined I was kindly welcomed to the team. During my time at PlotBox I saw how caring the community is and how everyone lifted each other up to celebrate their victories and support them during hard times. Beyond the people, the work is also great and I was able to express my interests and my growth points and management helped me grow those skills by giving me new opportunities.

      Cons

      I was staffed remotely and I wish I got to meet these wonderful people in person.
