      Absolutely nothing please stay away

      Cons

      Everyone is paid to be a ground tech but asked to go up on the roof day one. Nobody wears a harness. It’s incredibly dangerous and none of the crew leads care about safety. They don’t wear harnesses so nobody else does. Management couldn’t care less about safety and provides one optional safety training that lasts maybe 5 minutes. STAY AWAY.

      Great company, lots of support - as long as you do your job which is very fair.
