Plus91 is a company that does not value its employees. Today is the end of February (28th), but the salary for January has still not been credited, and there is no clarity on when it will be paid. This is not just a one-time issue — it has been happening for many years. The HR and management have also manipulated employees psychologically in such a way that even when salaries are delayed, employees hesitate to raise complaints with higher authorities. Employees become mentally stressed and eventually leave the job, but the company does not seem to care that employees have families, EMIs, and financial responsibilities. Another major issue is that management is aware that teams are facing problems, but they only communicate with managers and ask about work status. Managers often fail to communicate the real concerns of their team members to higher management. No matter how much effort employees put into their work, there is zero appreciation. There are also several managers who have remained in their positions for many years without any positive change or improvement. Their primary skill seems to be simply agreeing with senior management and saying “yes sir,” rather than genuinely supporting or representing their teams. There are many issues within the company, but it is unclear why directors continue to overlook or sugarcoat these problems. Main concerns: No proper work culture. No fixed timeline for appraisals — sometimes delayed even for two years. Poor HR practices and internal politics among managers.
