Need improvement in company policy - Linux Administrator PlusWealth Capital Management Employee Review

This is my first company, and my experience so far has been excellent. The culture is the biggest strength—everyone is approachable, supportive, and genuinely helpful. From day one, I’ve felt comfortable reaching out to colleagues without hesitation, and the team environment has only become more open and collaborative as we’ve grown. The learning opportunities here are outstanding. Over the past year, I can clearly see how much I’ve improved in both knowledge and skills. The company provides a great platform to learn, grow, and take ownership, which makes it an ideal place to start and build a career.

Don’t join as a researcher, you won’t learn really anything. Atleast in my time there was no training. And directly a project was given
