Thank you for taking the time and your effort to put in the review for Pluto7. While we understand that we cannot appease all of our employees, we are sad to hear that your time at Pluto7 was not a pleasant one, at least towards the end. As a growing organisation, we are constantly in the process of reading and learning from the market. We strongly believe, as you may already know, it is our ability to tweak and adapt that helps us become stronger, which is also a learning that we apply in all facets of our business, right from servicing customers, partners to employees including our hiring strategy. Remuneration and bonuses are calculated on multiple factors. Our goal is to ensure our employees make bonuses by hitting their KPIs and targets. However, in many instances, as our alumni would be aware, we recalibrate so as to ensure bonus criterion is met and our team is motivated to achieve more. Today, we are proud of our alumni working in some of the leading organisations in the world continuing that winning spirit which we had a small part to play in. We urge our teams to look at the big picture and sometimes paint it as well. However, some of us get caught into the smaller fragments and miss out, which may lead to dissatisfaction and disillusionment. We truly are thankful for your review and time spent with us and we wish you all the best in future.
