Great Team - Software Engineer Poached Jobs Employee Review

I'm definitely glad I worked at Poached and would highly recommend the company to fellow developers. As it's a small company you have the chance to make a large impact on the product and to work across the entire technology stack. There are few administrative or bureaucratic hassles, so you can spend most of your time actually coding. The team is a lot of fun to work with and code reviews, etc. are always positive and constructive. Employees care about one another and are valued by management and the CEO. Work/life balance is encouraged and employee growth is supported.

No major cons. Sadly you'll miss out on all the cute office dogs while everyone works from home.

Option to pickup shifts as needed with the opportunity to earn money and receive it within a day into my bank account.
