Pros

Podium has been a great place to work so far. After nearly four months, I don’t have many complaints. The Onboarding Team has been excellent, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been incredibly supportive and helpful. One of the things I appreciate most is the clear promotional path. Expectations are transparent, and leadership gives clear time frames and guidance on how to grow within the company. The HQ environment is also a highlight. The office is fun and well-equipped. They provide plenty of snacks, offer monthly meals for the entire company, and the onsite café has solid lunch options. The full gym is a major perk as well. It is free. Podium also does a great job coordinating fun events for employees and their families. My coworkers have been fantastic. The job requires a lot of attention to detail, and the workload can be heavy, but the team is always willing to collaborate and help each other out. I was out of the office last week (didn’t check my email once) my coworkers and manager stepped in seamlessly to support my clients. Their work ethic motivates me to bring my best every day. Work life balance is good. Being in-office five days a week isn’t ideal, but the company is very understanding when time off is needed. And when I’m off, I’m truly off. Hybrid would be ideal but the HQ is fun so its not a burden. Overall, Podium has been a positive and motivating place to work, with a great culture, clear growth paths, and a supportive team.

Cons

No major cons. Onsite 5 days a week and the workload can be a bit but the team is willing to help and management is there to help you succeed.
