Pros
20 word minimum? Really? For pros? Well...if you're Hispanic (especially Venezuelan), your outlook is great here! We get to save lives! Oh, and you get PTO/Sick/Vacation time.
Cons
Very shady and power hungry people. Extremely unintelligent or ignorant employees that are in positions that they shouldn't be, but they receive praise. Language barriers, poor miscommunication, and blame causes a lot of error. A lot of unnecessary drama. Cliques that need to be broken up. Upper management doesn't catch the chaos that's happening, and when it is presented to them, nothing is done, or it's too late to do anything. Intelligence, people of color, and people that converse with people of color suffer in the end. Human Resources barely has any knowledge of laws (broken so many, people can't even count). Employees are supposed to feel comfortable with Human Resources, not fear them. Lay offs galore! Plenty of OSHA and other safety violations...only when OSHA is in the house, things get cleaned up. And then go back to trash.
