Pros

Free coffee and nothing else

Cons

It’s a bait and switch operation, they send out pre approval letters for 50k but don’t offer any loans. Instead are just debt settlement which wrecks clients credit. There’s no structure to leads just random and hope. Turnovers insane, and you have too keep track of your sales so your commission check can be accurate. Most clients cancel, pay is min wage there’s quite a few cons

Pros

I’ve had an incredibly rewarding experience working at Point Break Financial over the past year. I started as a Sales Representative and, through consistent performance and support from leadership, was promoted to Senior Sales Lead within six months, and then to Manager by my 11th month. The company truly recognizes hard work and creates real opportunities for growth and advancement. The leadership team is supportive, hands-on, and invested in employee development. There’s a strong culture of coaching and continuous improvement, which helped me sharpen both my sales and leadership skills quickly. The environment is fast-paced and performance-driven, but also collaborative—everyone wants to see each other succeed. If you’re motivated and willing to put in the work, there’s a clear path to grow here.

Cons

The pace can be demanding at times, especially for those not used to a high-performance sales environment. Expectations are high, and the learning curve can be steep in the beginning. However, with the right mindset and work ethic, it becomes a great opportunity rather than a drawback.
