Processes aren’t always the most efficient. Not as much communication from the top as you would like to see.

The company was once made up of great people who genuinely cared about one another and worked well together. Unfortunately, changes in leadership created an environment that became increasingly difficult to work in. While I appreciated the relationships I built and the opportunities I had, the new management's approach made it challenging to succeed and enjoy coming to work.

The new management team seemed focused primarily on the bottom line, with little regard for the employees. They never took the time to understand or leverage the strengths and experience of the existing team, instead believing that bringing in outsiders would produce better results. Unfortunately, those changes did not deliver the expected outcome, and performance numbers ultimately declined.
