- Worst learders, people at the senior level are very bully, rude and stubborn.
Every decision is taken by 1 person and he hears only his experienced people's feedback you won't get a chance to speak, he can yell and shout at you in front of the whole office and later everyone will say its his working style : rubbish. He has a team of 2 to 3 people rest all of them are useless. The CEO is completely dependent on him so he doesn't even bother how he is treating everyone is anyone facing any kind of harassment.

- HR is responsive and always ready to help but an HR should even play a role from employees side not just managers side.
