Main ones are - Management is horrible - Expect you to get things done within a day or less - Planing is nonexistent random ideas are pulled from thin air and expect you to complete it within a day - No concept of privacy. New Year? Nope, Festivals? Nope, Weekends? Nope - After a few small talks, they will talk like they own you
