HR "asked" current employees to post positive reviews on Glassdoor, so beware of the positive reviews. Some members of upper management are completely incompetent. Very short sighted; focused on profit rather than long term growth or quality. Expect to work long hours and then have your superior take all the credit for your work if it is good quality, or throw you under the bus if the slightest thing goes wrong. Bonuses are low. Retention is very low. Receive conflicting direction from upper management.
