      - Good Salary and lot's of Learning for freshers if project is alloted. - Good increments

      Cons

      - Lays offs happens with instantly without any hint and chances. - Some HRs at senior level misbehaves with employees like one kolkata. - No clarity and no flexibility for persons on bench. - Once a organization know for its humbleness, will now be remembered for humiliation.

      Pros

      Nothing good so cant say anything good. Only Cons working here. Every good rating is only because they make them sit next to management and ask them to write. Even the written material is provided by HR.

      Cons

      They don't care about you. Work for 24 hrs for them still they will say you don't work. They will show as if they care about you but they don't.
