Pros
Culture is laid back while still being very productive. Senior staff is eager to help when you need it and they're usually just a few steps away. Company is understanding for interns who have time constraints come up such as finals or projects. Interns can work flexible hours from a distance if necessary.
Cons
At times the work can be monotonous, but that is the nature of converting these documents. At times the guidelines for this work can be unclear, but usually the ambiguity is left by the client and the responsible PolicyStat employee can point you in the right direction.
