Working at a startup is mentally taxing

The company is very open handed in terms of collaboration and research projects. There is a wealth of academic and industry experience due to the personnel. We also maintain a wide-ranging field of possible research projects and collaborations.

Some of the projects have been delayed due to COVID pandemic and supply chain disruptions. The small company size means that employees cross-train for several different areas (i.e. international shipping) instead of focusing on one narrow project.
