Pros
Hours were flexible and easy to schedule around classes and other student responsibilities. The base pay is good and is set to increase over the next few years (however, cost of living will also rise).
Cons
Hard to move up the ranks and get a better pay - I was with PCC for over 5 years and was only able to get increased pay by switching from sales associate to assistant manager. Raises are pretty much non-existent unless you: 1) switch job position, like I did, or 2) are very high up on the leadership board.
