Pros
The only pro is that you are not micro managed. However maybe they need to start micro managing some employees so work can get done properly.
Cons
My experience with this company has been overwhelmingly negative. Projects are consistently managed in a chaotic, last-minute fashion, with little to no proactive planning or organization. There is a serious lack of clear roles and accountability, making it nearly impossible to execute tasks efficiently or collaborate effectively as a team. Team dynamics are dysfunctional at best. Employees frequently operate in silos, communication is poor, and leadership fails to foster a cohesive or supportive work environment. This disorganization doesn't just affect internal operations, it spills over into client relationships and overall project outcomes. It's telling that Steelcase chose to end its distributor relationship, a clear reflection of the deeper issues at play. I strongly advise anyone considering working with or for this company to look elsewhere.
